Some fragment,
A hint of joy,
There's a royal tangent,
Where love goes,
Seems a plan,
Seems a ploy,
Some play,
A lovely day,
There stands a lovely girl,
Hand in hand with a loving boy,
So the lovely sun shines,
Love birds recite spiritual rhymes,
Remarkably peace sings and harmony prevails,
Rightfully in that place where love stops time,
Such a frightful realm midst so many holy grails,
Where brave compassion dwells,
Rare middle earth and a breath of fresh,
Perfumed air scenting each and every dell,
Such a beautiful sensible dream,
Enmeshed with glory and superfluous cream,
If only the storied stars and planets might align,
If only jealous moonlight could share its secret design,
Possibly contrite sighs and love would find us,
Perhaps insightful love would never pale,
All this beautiful good,
All our human desires and moods,
If our loving hearts truly understood,
Perhaps true love would never fail.
Tragedy ignites so many fires,
Music incinerates my tired being,
Self immolation when love retires,
You are what I'm seeing,
I'm drinking you in again,
You gave life new meaning,
Electricity coursing through my veins,
I'm lost in your sultry eyes,
Kiss after torrid kiss,
Sultry love is all that finally remains,
Little did I know how impersonal it all is,
Fucking is just fucking biz,
Love doesn't come the same,
Enter into the carnal stage,
Fucking is as just fucking is,
Subterfuge when love is full of rage,
Love refuses when love is disengaged.

Here in peaceful Nogunzorfetter
Bordering an insightful world
One might know us well
They could know us better
Sharing Tim Horton's blissdom
Wisdom surrounding this village girthdom
Middle Earth found edging this remote fiefdom
Expounding a fledgling right
Pledging respect and peaceful nights
Nary blight or confrontation nor willing fight
But all is not contrite
Alas I dreamed a black attack
Mass carnage witlessly performed
Crass clanging
Pairs of dangling chopsticks
My oh my voracity
One salty meal of savoury licks
Himalayan pink sprinkled like star dust
Pompous sugarism corralling ravaged grains of rice
Picked on from the moral start
Part of each oral recipe and ill refrain
First accosted then abused
Judged like some second place fusion of mustard and fudge
Unbudgingly sentenced to unlikely thirds
Roasted in pies with small unwilling birds
Dry thoughts carnally chewed
Bare restraints exposing some neoimpressionistic rage
Subjectively gauging realistic reformation
Defamation of complete and utter starvation
Breatharians unite fighting for the right
Information and unresolved human hunger
Subjecting bitter plants to angry steam
Three sisters swimming in cream,
Sauced in buttery fat
Slathering rich edges of glossy tureens
Spilling over with the Spanish Inquisition
Rearranging science and spent molecules
Follicles bent by course morbid transition
Changing merciful colour
Living green to rent and painfully cooked
Moot victims exposed
Found limp and lifeless
Soundly steamed to death
Steam chamber victims
Holocausts of hungry reckless thinking
Concocting remorseless tragedy
Thank you for our daily drama
Not a common wealth
Not a natural season of rude guffaw
Hooded brooding due to goody menus
Noodling in cahoots with undue stealth
Dressing leaves and seeds and roots
Such a raw and vicious diet
Undressing and rebalancing a rough state
Some regressed naked phalanx
Like a rare impressionable breed
Bleeding New York steaks
Marbles in tweed suits
Marbled lewdness existing
Food on some crude and garbled footing
Vegans and other marvelous dudes
Recklessly questioning
Feckless kitchen cooking
City Park Font
Blue water feature,
Balancing a green city park,
Spurting plumes of cold sparkling water,
Warm people funneling together,
Frequent passionate moments and eager minutes,
Girls playing with boys,
Boys performing for the girls,
Children and tots frolic and race,
Doting mothers secure the place,
Communally a cooperative space,
Nurturing beautiful wisdom and truth,
Glorious nature encircling this sacred grace,
Fountains for refreshing youth,
Such a splendid effervescing feature,
Water refrains in the jersey park,
Comfort and balm for collective creatures.
Haiku Sunday
Just peaches and cream
Everyday in Eden
Living with my self
Now that I'm retired
Gentle pleasures and sweet wine
Clouds dissipating
. . . . .
Elevate your self
Look down upon the planet
Witness God His Self
I'm done with romance
My heart is chained and caged
Un-engaged me
. . . . .
What miracles now
Still the sun rises and shines
How many heart beats left
Everything deep fried
Including your politics
Such a fat diet
. . . . .
Watching raw nature
Osprey rips apart the head
Live fish for dinner
Closing in on death
Days and years go by so fast
Morning is broken
Royal blood binds ties
Flags high over castle walls
Borders cross oceans

This life quest,
A lonely journey but not bereft,
Holiness on my right side,
Sacredness to my left,
Love driving down the blessed middle,
God speaking in parables and rhyme,
Glory and creation yesterday,
Today the rest of time,
I'm vibrating now,
Deciphering other riddles,
Popular dance tune jiving,
I fell once writhing,
Perhaps twice,
In love with the lithesome moon,
Staring up into that flirting face,
Resolution in that glowing place,
Revolution far away in space,
Bold love seemed to suffice,
Dreams held love in place,
A placid surface in this resonant space,
Distant reflection convinces me of lies,
Instant empathy cries and vies,
Shyly disguised as amazing grace.
I hear you thinking,
Sense beyond primordial darkness,
Referential light cast on all this unknown,
Finally I hear your voice midst all life's starkness,
Some hearkening volley reciting preferential words,
Volumes that sounded like your own,
I find myself looking back again,
All those old familiar longings,
All that heavy baggage,
So much other cumbersome roughage,
Waking I find myself again,
Walking on the outer ledge,
Balking on that narrow edge,
Twixt lofty heaven and rocky earth,
Adam and Eve version 2001,
A placement odyssey,
When the world falls into a bottomless pit,
All my dreams end up battered and bleak,
Ultimately buried deep in forgiving earth,
Dreaming we have fallen over the precipice,
Shining I realize we are plummeting,
Shimmering chaos descending through thin air,
Everything driven by some romantic guess now,
Sun searing us fearing near extinction,
We're pulling at all these instinctive strings,
Extant prayers about our daily everything.
Even whales need to sound,
Whale song descending deep,
Oceans of sacred where blessed is found,
Somewhere beyond all of this,
I find the bottom of the pit,
Spinning silently around,
This pious abyss finally stops,
Searching for something righteous,
I find peace,
Or is it,
Peace finds me,
Some secret serenity,
God comes and reassures me,
Carries me lavishly away in waves of divinity,
Invigorated I find myself in some surreal place,
Through the haze and mist a vision,
Shining light upon a holy face,
Citing so much mileage,
So many petitions and decisions,
Curious about majestic civility,
Down rave streets and dark alleys,
Once I thought there might be a rainbow valley,
Not just a glimmer of diligent hope,
However resilient clouds obscure my view,
I find every mirage confusing too,
I try to see,
I vie to cope,
But I'm blind and don't know where to turn,
Shouldn't burning love find me,
My pillaged heart,
This ravaged soul,
Why do I ache and shiver,
Spirit standing here naked and whole,
Watching earth defiantly quake and quiver.
Be still my afflicted mind,
Not the end of the world,
Perhaps the end of reflective time,
That's what we'll dejectedly find,
Perhaps relentless death shall answer,
Question the paradoxical moon,
Orthodox lips kiss me goodnight,
While daring angels caress my fevered brow,
Bravely venturing forward with a cultivation plow,
Imagining fervent might,
Service from beyond the sacred stars,
Ushered in with a restive blessed light,
Luminous glory kissing creation with suggestive delight,
A raging tempest across the sea afar,
Tracing God's divine and mighty fight,
Tempting every seeker where e'er they are,
All those titanic battles and blundering at sea,
Iconoclastic tidal waves objectively drowning me ,
Washing away abject boundaries and whatever else may be.
Can love truly save us,
Is the word really all there is,
Spoken dreams come and go,
Token nightmares come with such great muss,
Trapped by a nightly show and fuss,
Be it stars and planets,
Or some vain panic,
Such a raging sea,
But you and me,
We're still far apart,
Our broken hearts,
A thousand pieces,
Searching for some relative start,
Still we can't find that calculated part,
We forget who we are,
Love tattoos us with linear hope,
Hope for the best,
Coping with the rest,
Expectant blind faith,
Surely a pressurizing test,
Discombobulated by every relentless try,
What resentful deep oceans have done to us,
Love relics and those final absent goodbyes,
Joy parading before this dark charade of constant sorrow,
Hopeful love dreams of every unknowable morrow,
Perfect dawn proving love still might fly,
Perhaps some future dream where we can truly lie,
Hand in hand looking into your bright eyes,
Whispering contrite good morning,
Sweet kisses and wishful loving sighs.
God does not respond
Let me touch the Creator
What more could there be
