Hence the fateful time has come,
Arriving early on the morrow,
When wagging tongues be silenced, struck dumb,
Midst these darkened days of constant sorrow.

Oh wail! Burning tears fall from remorseful eyes,
Cry out! A blazing sun refutes the fall,
Yet armoured knights of yore stand tall, disguised,
Lest prophetic tales disrupt that flagrant battle call.

Oh small minds! Hearts darkened by the storm,
Wisdom runs amok across the shifting sand,
Goodness flails helpless in this rocky norm,
Courageous men seek shelter from this broken land.

Hades marks the day, awash with innocence and blood,
Demons mark the way, dispensing Caesar's coin, serving lustful shame,
Across lifeless oceans, ushering evil, this gloomy flood,
Insanity hath gripped the world, persuasive terror, in this hateful game.

Can you hear the booming? Do you see fiery dragons looming?
When scripture taints the world, when prophetic words are shamelessly corrupted,
Men shall surely lie in bloodied fields, vast armies dead, red poppies blooming,
While Eden dies, Angels weep, as Satan's villains deliver death, catastrophe erupted.

A dark horse stands, silhouetted against amber skies,
Charged by loathsome war, derived with this tempest's hand,
Despots stir heinous battle, hunting heads, dispensing cursed lies,
Yet beneath this horrid grind,
underlying this gruesome fight,
still, the wanting kind,
seeking truth and light,
as life is sought in every land.
